WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL OF MY ORDER?

Yes. For all product orders made on the Mahabub website, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of product purchased, contact information, delivery details and shipment method.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU RECEIVE?

Mahabub receives the payment method of PayPal and Credit Card. It is free to sign up to PayPal and we use this payment method because it is a faster, smarter and a safer way to pay.

HOW SAFE ARE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS?

Very Safe. When you click the `Process Order’ button on the Mahabub website payment page, PayPal sends the transaction information directly to our bank. We do not share your payment details with any third parties, as our online system automatically encrypts all your details.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Mahabub provides FREE shipping on all orders from $100 and up made in Singapore. For all orders from $0-$99.90, Mahabub will charge a standard national shipment fee of $4.90 to all customers purchasing products within Singapore. International shipment fees start at $10.90.



DOES Mahabub SHIP OUT OF Singapore?

Yes. Mahabub can ship out of Singapore. International shipment fees start at $10.90.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Mahabub shipment and delivery of orders are based on product availability, payment processing time and warehouse distribution center processing time. Orders will be processed during normal business hours between Monday and Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm. Orders placed on the weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Delivery within Singapore will usually arrive within 72 hours of dispatch.

WHAT CURRENCY IS MAHABUB PRICES DISPLAYED IN?

The Mahabub prices are displayed in the Singapore dollar currency.



CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO AN EXISTING ORDER?

Yes. You can make changes to your order up until your order has begun being processed. To make a change to your existing order, you must contact Customer Service within 24 hours of finalizing your order.

CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER ONCE PURCHASED?

Yes. When your order ships, Mahabub will send you an order shipment confirmation email with details of your product shipment and a tracking number. You will also be sent a link to track the status of your order.



HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER AND RECEIVE A REFUND?

From the purchase stage of finalizing your order – you will have 24 hours to cancel your order and receive a refund. To cancel your order, you must contact Customer Service on the following details:

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM AT THE RETAIL STORE?

Yes. Products purchased on the Mahabub website can be exchanged at our retail store provided the products are in a unused condition with original tags and labels intact and within 30 days of purchase.



DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

When you proceed to checkout to purchase a product, you are meet with a few options, existing members can login, and non-existing members can either checkout as a guest or register when you checkout. Registering when you checkout will automatically set up a member account with Mahabub.
